Cauliflower is a very healthy source of nutrients. It protects the heart, contains nutrients that strengthen the immune system, and has a significant contribution to bone health.
Cauliflower, which is packed with vitamins C and K, is also rich in other minerals such as calcium, magnesium and copper.
- A small sized cauliflower
- 1 cup of yogurt (drinking glass)
- ¾ cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Salt, black pepper, paprika, shredded cheddar cheese
Separate the branches of the cauliflower, boil it and drain the water. Spread the boiled cauliflower onto a greased and flour sprinkled oven tray. Whisk the yogurt, oil, salt, black pepper, paprika and eggs in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top. Cook it in a 170° heated oven for about 20 minutes until it is roasted. Serve hot.
