Stone Age Bread (Paleo Bread)

Seeds are powerhouses filled with vitamins and nutrients that benefit our bodies with their many immune-boosting abilities. Seeds are perfect because they are super easy to incorporate into our diets. You can simply snack on them or you can sprinkle them on top of salads for some extra crunch and use them in sauces too. All in all, they make a great addition to any meal. Every single type of seed has its own benefits for our health. We have the energy-boosting pumpkin seed, the inflammation-reducing flax seed, the cholesterol-controlling sesame seed and the immune-boosting sunflower seed. You can eat all these on their own but if you want to experience all of the above-mentioned benefits, then you can just use the recipe below and enjoy this gluten-free Paleo bread.


  • 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 100 g flax seeds
  • 100 g sesame seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt


In a large bowl mix all the ingredients. Use the nuts, grains and seeds as they are, you do not need to crush or chop them. Cover the bread pan with parchment paper and pour the bread mix into the pan. Bake the bread at 160 C for about an hour.
